I’m old but I got all my preexisting under control except drinking ten years ago. I faired great with 3x Covid in 2022, Do I technically have the conditions evening lab work says otherwise?

8 years ago we retired military could fly there on transport to visit the area area as tourists. No longer aloud for our security.

My only goal is a regular schedules. I don’t care about the rest. I get in better shape and I plateau. The regular schedule is the difficult part. Anticipation is good for some things but not for working out again and again. I do it. On creative days I can get a workout by doing stuff at home. Changing sheets on a bed more often?

I have a early 90’s fridge and it only uses $20 a month. I changed the freezer fan once.
