I love that in Oregon, public access to all beaches is the is the law. I wish we had the same rights here.

I was told to take the Metro North train from Grand Central 4 stops to Pelham. The walk from the stadium is under 1 mile and passes pizza shops, bars, parks, etc...
I hear the new stadium is beautiful and should be worth the effort to get there.

No. But the enforcement is lax so storefronts and street vendors have setup shop in a NY minute.

The borough of parks, I spent some time exploring them during the covid lockdowns. Some pretty nice trails there.

Turns out pickleball players were the real hooligans after all! Who knew.

I learned the term "rough ride" from what the Baltimore PD did to Freddie Grey. It's when you cuff somebody in the back and don't strap them in, all cops know this is illegal.

A lot of people misread the night restrictions and get tickets, 2 am Monday morning comes 2 hours after midnight on Sunday not at the end of the day Monday.
Also you would be fine to park there after 2 am Tuesday or Thursday.
Also there is a crazy restriction in the garment district where only full size vans and trucks can park in commercial spaces as opposed other smaller types of commercial vehicles (pickups or cars.) Of course this restriction doesn't appear on any signs, you just have to know about it. People usually find out when they get their first ticket.
