Portsmouth hospital is a ten minute ambalamps ride. I believe new parents also get lobster rolls at the hospital. The food is great and people from town eat lunch there, or they did in the before times.

Definitely. This goes back before the beginnings of Buddhism, to the early Sanskrit Vedas. Solid advice for meditation as well as not screaming at strangers in bagel shop parking lots.
