Reply to Who do you think will win the Republican Party primaries for the 2024 Presidential Election in the state of New Hampshire? by Ok_Nefariousness_764
In no way will Sununnu win the New Primary. He's riding the covid popularity wave. He is also trying his best with culture war issues. He's not that good at it though.
I don't like Trump one bit, but how can a republican candidate win a primary election without uttering even Trump's name? Also the policy talks by Trump are better. Try persuading cutting social security and Medicare to older republican voters and see how far that gets you.

Reply to Any recommendations for a high end restaurant to celebrate an anniversary in the southern New Hampshire area? by teddyjr32378
I really enjoy the Carriage House in Rye, Black Trumpet and Cure in Portsmouth.
Really just depends on your definition of high end. But Carriage House and Cure are amazing.
Cornicello and Vino e Vivo in Exeter is great as well.
Personally I find Toscana in Portsmouth overrated.

Go to Littleton. Lincoln is overrated. Better shops and restaurants in Littleton. Check our Weeks State Park in Lancaster. Cool views. Check out Polish Princess - amazing bakery. Stop at Rek-lis in Bethlehem as well. Fun place.

This is the only correct suggestion. C&J is the easiest transportation service from Logan.

Move to Rochester/Somersworth. Cheaper rent and an easy commute. It will allow you to work per-diem at other facilities on the side for more $$$ that are close by (Wentworth, York, Frisbie,ect...)

Will really depend on unemployment. With stagflation, crappy business earnings, rising rates (which the fed will def. raise), and record consumer debt... Something's going to break. We're just in the beginning phases of layoffs.
Will it plummet as much as it rose? Probably not, but a 15-20% decrease wouldn't be off the table depending on area. Housing is typically 15 year cycle and we're entering a new cycle.

Or just stop building mini mansions that are $600+ k. Just a thought. There's literally no true starter homes for people to buy. That's a good way to move into a bigger home eventually when needed.

I park in the north end relatively cheaply. Usually like $25-30 / day. Cheaper than c&j. But if you don't wanna drive c&January the easiest.
