There are days I need a flashlight outside during 'day' hours.

Reply to Opinions on potential rent: is 4500 before utilities too much for new construction, 3b 1.5ba, 1 car garage, quiet st in great neighborhood (central Lawrenceville) too much? What is your estimate on utilities (heat and electricity) for such a size? New to town here, would love your input. by prenzlauerallee3
I pay $4200 for Los Gatos, CA (think more expensive than San Jose).
I have a 2 car garage and 2 bathrooms on a quiet street in a great neighborhood.
I'd randomly purchase a house in Pittsburgh before I'd pay $4500 a month.
Heck for 12 months of $4500 = $54,000 you could purchase a beater house in a worse neighborhood while you're trying to find your actual house, and you can burn it to the ground when you're done and still come out ahead.
Buy something for $200k that you know or strongly suspect is a stopgap and then start looking at your own pace.

It's a closed loop system, so as long as it's primed you don't need much pressure to pump it from an engineering point of view, as long as you replace the blood vessels with non-compliant tubes.
Just throw a 12v centrifugal pump on there and you should be OK.

Now I love it because it is SO terrible.

Wow, I stand corrected, u/atree496 said that the last ten brewpubs I visited didn't all suffer from the exact same problem, and he's on the internet and says he knows.

Every brewery seems to have beers between 50 and 70; with one lone version of miller light at 10.
None of those beers appeals to me.

Sometimes it's tough to find anything on offer between 10IBU and 60IBU, both of which are not to my palate.

Enormous amounts of diesel are used in the production of fertilizer alone.
There's no way it's 'net zero', and they're insulting our intelligence when they lie to us about it.

Your line of questioning really moves the goalposts. It's not net zero, even if it's a 50% reduction in CO2. It's taking in 100 units of CO2, along with 50 units of CO2 in transportation, fertilizer, etc. So it's a net of -50 thus far. It then outputs 100 units of CO2. So we're still worse off.

> Well if the plants are planted, grown, harvested, transported, processed, transported, used as fryer oil, stored, transported, reprocessed, transported, stored, and then used to fuel the plane without fossil fuels, it's net zero. So...

Yeah I think the accounting to call that 'net zero' is pretty spurious.
