Idk if you have Facebook, but it looks like a new group just formed (or I haven’t seen it) called START - Springfield Transgender and Ally Resource Team. It seems they’re trying to put something together! It’s at 3pm on a Thursday though, which sucks with work.

Personally, I would really avoid At Home and Wooten Co. Look at ratings on different websites. I would be really careful with sites like Craigslist, Facebook, etc. A lot of people use photos of properties and try to scam to get an application fee. I would mainly try to call the actual properties to make sure your talking to a real person/property manager.
Carlyle Apartments is great property. They’re run by Brian Properties. They have been really great at maintenance requests. I know they have an open one right now. They also have duplexes. Houses are just outrageous right now in rent. I think there’s also pebble creek, willow creek, quail creek, (lots of creeks lol), but that’s all I can remember that are good right now.
For pets, I’d definitely see about going to the doctor about your anxiety (wink) and getting an emotional support animal certificate for both pets if possible. I wouldn’t tell about the bunny. I know that seems awful, but it would save you a typical $1000 in pet fees on move in? They can’t charge you a pet fee if you have an ESA.
If you’re in a really bad situation and need help, please feel free to dm me and I can actually research for you.

My partner and I would absolutely join. We appear to be a lesbian couple, but my partner identifies as non-binary.
Have you contacted the GLO project or any queer groups? Unfortunately I don’t know much about organizing something like this, but if it’s held you have so much support.

No, they post men they encountered who wound up assaulting them, have recent criminal reports for similar behavior (assault, domestic violence, rape), or have threatened them. It’s to put out a warning knowing the male, who already posted their photos publicly on tinder or whatever dating site, might not be a safe person. There are over 15,000 women in the group. It’s not a few women who can’t catch a date.
I can’t say some women don’t misuse it, but the admins moderate the content posted. There are strict rules that get you banned such as “I hate men” or certain language.
As a person who has been assaulted more than one person from dating despite researching beforehand and even meeting them through work/school, I think it’s helpful. I disagree with it being male exclusive.
Check out “blast her bro” on fb if you need its counterpart.

Hey girl, I’m a 27 yo female in Springfield. There’s a fb group for Springfield (basically SWMO) that’s pretty hilarious and allows women to post guys they’re seeing and make sure they’re not seeing other people, not a criminal, or other craziness. I’m engaged, so it’s just entertainment. You have to be invited by someone already in the group. If you’re interested, PM me! It’s hilarious lol
As far as dating, I think it depends on the type of person you want to date. I haven’t dated dudes in a long time. I think apps are rough bc most just want to hook up. Or it seems a lot want to pretend they’re into long term, but string along several women. Of course this is all if you’re into men only. Women and the general queer community are awesome too! 😊

I never thought about people on different leases. I assumed there was nothing we could do, I just wanted to double-check. I appreciate your input.

Chiropractors are quite honesty bull shit. They should not be considered medical professionals, they cause more harm than good, and many paralyze or kill people.
How did chiropractic “medicine” start? A quack stated the ghost of a long dead doctor told to manipulate the magnetic field of the body. A fucking ghost. I’m sorry but how they are able to tout themselves as doctors is beyond me.
Physical therapy, focus on mobility and flexibility of joints and range of motion, and strength training to keep your joints healthy and synovial fluid lubricated is truly your best option. Massage therapy can also provide relief with pain.
