Hey man, for your sake, I hope you’ve learned your lesson and don’t get a citation. But please don’t do that again. Kids aren’t the safest and passing a stopped bus could really be dangerous for kids getting off the bus and running across the street.

As someone who is considering a move to NH in a few years, this was a good read. I’m also from FL but lived in mid-Atlantic area for last 13 years. We’ve been traveling up to NH last few years trying to learn the state, different areas and towns, etc and it’s someplace I could see us moving to for retirement. And don’t worry, I have no desire to change the place.

Call a lawyer. They will have to file a claim against the city. Lawyers love clear liability cases. Then the argument is just over damages. Most lawyers will take the case on a contingency but I’m not sure if any will take it for just property damage and no personal injury.
