I always vote for a stop at Reading Terminal Market. It has something for everyone. Bassetts Ice Cream is probably the best there is.

My plan if they end up with rolling blackouts is to pack up and drive up to Jersey tomorrow instead of Monday.

As someone in same situation it is more than likely the flu. I haven’t felt this sick in years. Fever, cough, congestion. PSA for those who haven’t gotten the flu shot yet it’s not too late.

That’s how my daughter was with peanuts. Tried to give her peanut butter multiple times. She would spit it out and make face. We figured she didn’t like it. Surprise surprise she is severely allergic. Doctors said she was probably spitting out due to it making her mouth itch.

Knock on wood we are in the clear. Kid 1 went away to college a few months ago and has been sick more often than when I sent her to daycare. Covid, stomach virus and then upper respiratory something or other (negative for flu and Covid that time)

I love their chicken cutlet egg and cheese on a bagel. The cutlet tastes like it’s made in some little Italian grandmothers kitchen on a pan that is 60+ years old and perfectly seasoned.
