To be completely fair, I doubt masturbating was the sole cause of this. I had small amounts of blood in my spit the night before. My guess is that the scabs were coming off early, and my lotion up-ed hand was the killing blow. The second & third times were definitely due to jerking off. To be fair, the mortality rate of a tonsillectomy is very, very low. I thought I had lost a ton of blood but I still didn’t require a transfusion. Once you get to the ER, it’s a pretty routine surgery to patch you back up. It’s just highly alarming and very uncomfortable.
