I wonder if the ones run by home and school associations count. My Kids public school had a very small library a few years ago, now its a nice sized room with quite a few books, but parents volunteer to run it

Well I am incorrect and I am admitting it... they recently made a change where exhibitors can do a lot more of their own setting up and a lot less dealing directly with the unions, which in turn has increased the amount of conventions and exhibits over the past 2 years.

It does not get used as much as it should and could. The massive amount of Labor unions and fees it costs to run a convention there has chased a lot of them to Oaks Pa and other outskirts of the city.

Really? THATS incredible. I have never been inside about 90% of the places I order from.

That'd be cool, but pretty sure it's still considered an active rail and owned by CSX (Not 100% sure...but I've read this before)

Rays happy birthday bar! Laid back, cool crowd and staff and could easily chill in the back room. They don't do any game nights, but karaoke gets a bit crowded...other than that, it's always a chill vibe

Thats just strange because all the regulars I know there are black, and one DJ'd there for a while

When one of those smaller places makes a caramel iced latte as good as dunkin does, then I'll go there. Plus according to your name, you know that my local dunkin is an experience all in its own! (10th and Reed)

They are watching the game...which will directly affect the amount of people\crime in the area depending on the outcome. They have radios, they are being visible. They are also humans that live in the city and are allowed to be fans while working at the same time

Its actually a state job, the PPA is run by the state of PA, not the city...even better, I'd assume.

that doesn't work though... they will ticket on a ticket....they can see in the little machine if they gave you one in the past few hours or not

Former part time\weekend DJ at Y100 (and Q102) here. It was like a dream when I got the on air gig at Y100- I was a huge fan of WDRE and then Y100, but got my first radio job at Q102. Took a chance by sending a little air check to Y100, when they called me to come in and told me I got the job, I almost flipped out. Was a great job- worked the over night shift a few nights a week (the 3am all request hour!) and led right into the PMS morning show. Definitely a highlight of my somewhat short but fun radio career!

Collingswood is a cool small town... great shops and places to eat. 10 minute drive over the bridge. It will certainly get everyone in the holiday spirit- looks like a setting from a Hallmark movie around this time of the year.
