Penndot spends more money than most state DOTs.

I've heard it's roughly 1 gram per kilogram. So imagine eating two or three shot glasses worth of pure THC. It would cost thousands of dollars, and you'd probably choke to death before OD'ing.

Perhaps it was contaminated. Because you can't overdose on cannabinoids in general.

Just be careful with Delta 8. It feels nice, but I gained like 20 pounds because of it. The munchies come on hard. Delta 9o, on the other hand, barely gives me the munchies.

You can get safe Delta 8 by buying from a reputable brand. I only buy from one smoke shop near me, and I get the rest of my stuff on 3chi.

Imagine a bounty program. $50 for every car you report. You could make thousands on a trip up any bike lane in Philly. That would solve the problem right away.

A potential band-aid: Have cars park in the car lane to unload instead of in the bike lane. Cars can go around by entering the bike lane, at which point they will make sure the lane is free of cyclists before proceeding.
But nobody wants to do that, because they're scared of angry drivers.

I had a Spanish teacher who gave us extra credit for bringing in school supplies. The only difference here is that the gift cards don't benefit the other students. But either way, students are buying their grades.

They've done one thing right. By doing such a poor job running the state, they've made people not want to live here, thus lowering rent prices so I can afford to live here 🙅🏻♂️

I left Florida because I was born there, but I can't find a job or a house there. I save a ton of money and time by not driving in Philly, and I suspect lots of other Floridians and such will realize the same.

We live in a society where you need a job to live, but the city government thinks people will just be unemployed for 6 months while they wait for the city to maybe, potentially hire them.

Citynerd did a video about this. Crime is factored into home prices, and excessively so. Meaning you can find a great deal by moving into a safe neighborhood in a city with a reputation for crime.

Urban heat island is a big contributor. As the climate warms, we're going to need to plant more urban trees.

There's a reason Republicans love ad hominem. It's because they don't have any actual evidence to support their views. But if they think the guy running for Democratic office is dumber than them, it gives them an excuse to vote based on their gut feelings.
It was the same thing with Hillary. Many of the more moderate Republicans wanted to like Trump, but they knew we was a sleazebag. Then when the email thing came out, they drew a false equivalency with Trump's dealings, which allowed them to overlook corruption "on both sides" and instead vote for the guy who promised to keep the Mexicans out.

John's policy platform is intact, as is his reasoning ability. He's improving every day, and if he gets elected, he wouldn't be the worst public speaker in the Senate either.
