Reply to Tim Robbins should have won Best Actor for The Shawshank Redemption over Tom Hanks for Forrest Gump by Scmods05
Very strongly disagree. Shawshank has some great acting, but nothing beats Hanks that year. If he wasn't as good as he was, that performance would have easily seemed fake or offensive.

I'm just going to reiterate what most people are saying. Leo is a fantastic actor. I don’t think he's the best in the world, but he's up there. The Departed, Wolf of Wall Street, and Catch Me If You Can, are all incredible performances.

The first game is absolutely horrible. I almost stopped playing it because the controls are so bad. The other games are completely different control wise. A million times better.

Reply to The Banshees of Inisherin’s Writer-Director Has Made a Career of “Irishness.” It’s All a Load of Blarney by HanSoloHeadBeg
I hate critics like this. Everything has to be picked apart. At one point, he seems to take issue with a rainbow shown at the beginning of the film. The author believes this to be an intentional joke because the movie is so dark in theme. This is clearly a horrible offense because it is cliche.
He also makes the point that a lot of McDonagh’s movies use stereotypes. Maybe he’s right on this, I’m no expert on Irish stereotypes, but this just means that he’s no different than every writer in human history. There is not one book or movie that doesn’t use stereotypes or tropes in some way or another.
I don’t mind people looking at works of art deeper to try and convey more meaning to them, but I hate critics that have to give meaning to every possible little thing. It reminds me of self important art critics that will write books about how a red circle on a canvas represents the struggle of the common man. It’s just BS.

If you want to see some amazing graphics, then play horizon forbidden west. It's easily the best graphics I've seen on consoles. The controller is also great when the game takes advantage of it. Ratchet and clank does, and it's amazing.

Reply to The Zelda community is the only gaming community to defend such a lazily designed map for a sequel by Prince_Targaryen
Idk if people are defending it or not. I agree with you though, OP. I watched the demo, and it looked like a DLC. Nothing major seemed to have changed. I’m also pretty convinced there won’t be any big dungeons in this either, if there were Nintendo would have talked about it already. Oh well, maybe the next game 6 years from now will have that.
