I have lived here a long time. I kinda know a couple of people on the Board, knew about others indirectly. They're not getting rich from this.

I have dealt with the board on little issues before, they helped.

I guess if this is a pissing contest between the board and the Howard Hughes Corp., I'm believing the people who live here.

I think there is a lot of money to be made in development around here. Who stands to make it?

Well, this is interesting. I keep wondering what the hell was really going on? I don't know if this is the story or not, but I do think that money had to have something to do with all the turmoil.

From the Hollywood Reporter--

"writer Bill Scheft, a longtime friend of the actor, told The Hollywood Reporter. “He had lots of health issues, and his last words were, ‘Fuck you, motherfucker"

What I don't get is where are they? Since the pandemic began, traffic enforcement, at least to my eyes, is almost non-existent! I mean the last two Sunday mornings maniacs have tried to run me off the road.

The highways, main roads, everywhere I go are like the wild west. And traffic fatalities have been up for the last few years even though volume is down.

Weird all around.

You got to know where you are in Baltimore. Many variables. If you work remotely, I can tell you places that are great, prices, neighborhood, and safety.

If you have to go to work there, it gets complicated. I have spent a life between the two cities. I love them both.

You want advice, looking for a house, PM maybe I can give you a lead.

When I worked a L'Enfant Plaza, years ago, I saw new nice townhouses built around um, 7th Street SW? Showed them to my wife one time, we dreamed what must it be like to have that much money.

Then again, our first house, a 50's era rowhouse just north of Baltimore, cost us $67,500. Loved that house, brick and block, slate roof. You could walk standing up in the attic.

There is no traffic enforcement anywhere these days. It gives folks license to speed and ignore all traffic laws. Used to be a speed trap on 29 almost daily, north above the 100 interchange often, and south just below the rise in the road around 175. I never see it any more.

I never see any police on the roads anywhere. Since the pandemic it seems to have stopped.

Try driving in Baltimore it gets even crazier.
