Wouldn't this happen as they are flying around anyway? I've only seen them do this at our farm in the morning after they roosted for the night on our fences before they take off.

Lawyers/law firms have access to the court calendar and as soon as a ticket is posted they will start mailing you out offers to defend you. Happened to me at least once before.
