Yes, first thought is federal hill/Broadway but it’s no cheaper than blackstone.

I don’t have any guidance to provide, but happy you are safe now. Knowing English will certainly help you out, your post was well written. Hope things get easier for you and your family!

Use https://safepiercing.org/find-a-piercer/ to find a place then call around or check websites to see if they offer genital piercings. I don’t mess around with unhygienic studios and especially wouldn’t with a piercing in that area. I don’t know if Rockstar in Providence offers Prince Albert piercings, but they’re a reputable studio and many people recommend them.

Definitely was an immediately sell for me too! My guest is a musician too so I don’t think I could ring him in if it was pre-recorded music haha

Wow, that’s shocking that Providence doesn’t have a live orchestra and is still so expensive! Definitely good to know.

I live 1 street away from this intersection on a street that should be a one way because there is never room for cars coming from both directions, but is not. And people still drive 50+ mph on it. When turning onto my street people have flashed their brights at me directly into the drivers side on multiple occasions. When they have to yield to me at the stop sign!! Absolutely no patience or respect for other drivers.

There was one of these buildings in my neighborhood with open units when I had to move last year. I made far below the maximum income for 1 person (but couldn’t afford the rent for the 1 bedroom). My roommate and I could afford the cost of splitting the 2 bedroom rent, but we make more than the maximum income for 2 people. The 30% of your income thing would make sense, but I don’t recall that being true of this income-restricted building.

Jokes on me, I gave in and turned the heat on but it didn’t work. Landlord said no one to fix it until Friday. It was 58 degrees in the house this morning.
