Again you’re not coming from out of state
Or out of region for that matter
You have to start understanding, that relocating to New England, even as someone that grew up in private school country club CT (i went to pomfret, then Phillips) is VERY DIFFERENT than packing up and relocating there

Not sure where you are, but moving to new england is expensive as hell
My wife and I bring in over 200k a year and moving there would be tough.
Just a thought

I can’t legally own a tiger in PA, and need a permit to own any non human primate, and I think they are not an invasive species threat
But on the same token I can own 30ft constrictors and an alligator.
Personally I think its because the former are cute, and protected species because people care.
Point is, there is no reason to have predators in cages in your home regardless the species

I guess my take on this, why make these available for adoption at all. There is nothing ‘safe’ about it, and even with ‘good care’ its not a domestic animal and you are putting it in a cage
I find it interesting that we have a ‘shouldn’t be in captivity’ category, and yet giant predatory reptiles somehow are not in it

You could but as someone that travelled from Baltimore to Boston regularly the last 15 years, going the philly route adds almost 40-50 minutes to the trek

If you drove from Maine to Orlando, going through PA would be out of the way

Most of the shanties from last year are gone. Those monstrosities at grafitti pier and that stupid ‘Fishtown’ building across from Planet Fitness behind the gas station will make it ao those side walks are cleaned out of homeless frequently

It certainly made using a European approved carry on (5-7 days, 8 if you REALLY push re wearing pants/shirts) and not having to worry about checking bags really nice.
Especially when you could pack like ~4 days worth of stuff, do laundry 1-2x and then be able to have 30% of your bag for things you bought.
But alas, I am done with AirBnb, my last two experiences the place certainly was not cleaned by a 250$ cleaning fee type of service (lucky if it was cleaned at all) and the beds were one step up from cots at a sleep away camp. I think it came out to 190 a night, and for that I can find a hotel.

Except a place to stay in a foreign place. Im done with air bnb. Hotels for the 50-75$ extra a night are it for me, not worth the hassel, though ill miss being able to do laundry

It is 100% not illegal to change locks after a lease has expired and appropriate documentation(by state) has informed them of their expired lease.
You are wrong. The last two places I moved out of had painters and new locks installed as I was moving out

No. But if they have a job or ever leave the house, the locks can be changed quite quickly. Then its VT. Sit outside with your bong and your gun, and wait

Funny everyone here makes fun of NJ…. Yet the gas is pumped for you, and its the cheapest on the east coast
And if you stop at a wawa you can go in and get a hoagie
Im new England born and bread, but i wouldnt take a dump at a cumbys over a wawa in NJ and somehow its cheaper
