Only if you know something the public doesn't that could move the needle on the stock price. You don't need to be an officer in the company but generally those are the people who know those critical details.
However if you are told by people in the company about some secret new product, how much the company is loosing (and its not public), have access to financial reports or other such things it could be insider trading.
Generally you should receive training about this subject by the company.

I wonder how much they were paying Carmack? Maybe his META stock falling was the last thing nessary to push him to finally leave completely.

John Carmack was already at a reduced role and it appears that much of his advice which was mostly about what they should optimize was not being made a priority. Optimization got VR to the point of usability but it is unclear if it's still the most critical path.
Although Carmack had a few ideas he always said he didn't know what the right direction to take was. So I don't think his value was that critical, particularly with his reduced role other then for hiring. Also they still have Michael Abrash.

The headsets need to get better then the Oculus pro. To much weight on the head and other ergonomic issues to last for a few hours. The pro even though it is more comfortable then predecessors only has batter for 2 hours and wires make it much less comfortable.

That is very cool.
I am guessing you'll be using something like Matternet as zipline seems to be more for rural areas as they use parachutes. Matternet's solution is more adapted for blood samples between medical facilities.

Lol, have fun with that. As the war had shown, drones are really different to shoot out of the sky. Also if you get caught firing into the sky and it lands on someone else's property or you fire from outside your property you'll be arrested.
It's completely irresponsible to use a firearm like that particular at a drone that may be carrying life saving items.

Matternet just go full approval for 135 back in September. It looks like the FAA are finally starting to approve drones for the wider drone markets. Maybe finally drones can start to scale up in the US.

If they had not made that one mistake on their rocket this probably would have been a different story.
