I think the next sentence is important to not leave out... and kind of confusing to be honest!
>Herman's attorney, Benjamin Hodas, indicated the case involved allegations of sexual abuse, although those allegations might not involve Woods directly.

Reply to This women's room has a urinal by PM_ME_ALL_UR_KARMA
Serious question for those in the know. Is this not a waste of space?
If it's for moms with young boys, can't the young boy just use a toilet? If it's for trans women, can't they just use a toilet?
Most of the time, three people will be able to use the men's room. Most of the time, only two people will be able to use the women's room. It seems like three toilets would be much more practical for all who might be using that room.

Im ok with government helping to fund independent mental health programs. But, man, it feels a little scary to have the government themselves with their fingers in peoples mental health.

Nice, basic definition.
I'd only add to make clear that the defendant usually gets no representation before a grand jury. Only the prosecution gets to make their case. That's why it's extremely rare for a grand jury not to indict someone. An article from a few years ago notes: "U.S. attorneys prosecuted 162,000 federal cases in 2010, the most recent year for which we have data. Grand juries declined to return an indictment in 11 of them." That's why there's a famous saying that goes, "if a district attorney wanted, a grand jury would indict a ham sandwich".
Not as nicely succinct as you, but an important point to keep in mind about indictments!
