I’m outside Hartford and we were at $330 until preschool, then dropped to $275. That said, it was among the cheapest we found. Majority were much more. Having 3 kids, cost was a major factor.

My critique would be, in all your examples, you’re already overextended. If you are an adult and can’t afford to just pay any of those things off in full at the time, then you are already in a very bad position financially. The people that are going to use this, are those in financial hardships and as such are disproportionately more likely to make poor money decisions and not see the risks, making their situation much worse.

They lowball you and make you think you don’t have other options. Better to find an agent. You don’t need money to sell a house, even a broken shitty house. Agent gets paid from the sale, so you don’t have to front anything.

Always start outside, the work your way inside. First, gutter drainage-make sure it’s taking the water as far away from the house you can get it, in a direction the gravity doesn’t bring the water back towards the house. Which leads to your second point of action, grading. The dirt should always slope away from your house. Pretend the ground doesn’t absorb water-if you were to pour out a pitcher of water, which way would the water flow? You always want the ground graded, or slanted, down from the house. Next, it’s start getting expensive-digging the dirt out from against your foundation, installing my waterprooofing, backfilling with drainage stone. If you’re still getting water, it’s likely a water table issue, which means interior curtain drain and sump pumps.

Right, which is why a pharmacist shouldn’t be prescribing things to a patient that hasn’t been assessed by a doctor. Pharmacists don’t have access to medical history beyond what you’ve been prescribed previously, and often times not even that. IF the drug is so harmless that it can be dispensed to a minor upon request without examination, it should not be prescription based at all. It should be over the counter.

Some of the recent car break-ins, the thieves shoot at the homeowners while they retreat. His claims certainly are possible. It’s also possible he’s making it up to justify his own actions. Other evidence lacking, I choose to give him the benefit of the doubt as he was not the instigator.

Uh oh! Hopefully this was just a mixup. Usually you order cake by size, so it should be the size ordered. I’m supposed to get a cake for my daughters bday. I can’t think it wise for a “high end” baker to cheap out on the final product. Make the cake as the cake should be, and adjust price accordingly.
