Despite the lack of context, I know exactly who and what this post is referring to. I drive past this place several times a week. The dude that OP is referring to, is an absolute piece of garbage. Although I have no idea what this post is in response to.

I haven't been in a couple of months, but the one in New Milford was fine the last time I was there. Mind you, it's embedded within a 7-11 so it's tiny & requires only minimal staff to run. So maybe that's the difference.
