It sucks but to be a good neighbor, you suck it up and re-bag it. I’ve had to do similarly on my block. I rather clean it than let it sit for days and get scattered about.

The article includes a lot of care and concern for the attacking dog’s owner. But what about the other person whose dog was attacked out of nowhere, who had to physically try to rescue her dog and then forced to kill another to save her dog? That’s a lot of trauma too. The vitriol she’s receiving, largely due to her job, is ridiculous. Had I been in her shoes, I would have done the same thing.

I’ve had good experiences with 311 reporting. I’ve gotten a pothole fixed within weeks, graffiti cleaned, trash picked up, vacant house secured, and overgrown vacant lot cleared out several times.

He was making $200,000 a year at his Sheriff’s Office job. Apart from the conflict of interests, how would he have time to represent private clients whilst holding down a full time job? This is a disgusting abuse of taxpayer funds and absolute fraud.
