Why do you want to date someone who does this? She obviously doesn't respect you. Even if you were having issues in the bedroom it's wildly inappropriate for her to be shit talking you like that.
I'd also have to question why to her ex? Why does she need him to know she's so sexually unsatisfied? She's 30. There's no way she doesn't know this is fucked up. She's definitely laying the groundwork for him to swoop in like a knight in a shining codpiece.
I'd leave her. You're not 16 anymore. Adults don't act like this if they are actually invested in their relationship. There are a tonnes of women out there who would be a better partner.

Fuck yeah the Iced Tea / Juice Jug. Got one of those with my name on it when the time comes. It was grandma's, now it's my mom's, don't see why it won't be my kids some day.

I think this is probably the best approach. I would be tempted personally to mention divorce but I think this person is onto something. This is the first course of action. Of course if she's not engaging then I think you will need to bring up the topic of separation/divorce and if she still wants to be in this relationship.
Because you can't fix this alone. And living like this is a poor example for your child. Seeing his mom avoid interacting with dad and repelling at even the slightest touch is a horrible example to be setting.
