I’m way better at aiming with the mouse but my movement and orientation is awful on the keyboard. I would love a setup like the Wii where I could move with an analogue stick and aim with the mouse.

I haven’t gotten very far, I’m up to the part where you met the merchant for the first time. But the game isn’t really the same or 1:1 exactly like the original. Like they’ve terraformed the environment to incorporate more of the lake into the village area. It’s truly impressive, also the area after you get captured with Luis. It’s a remix of the interior space of the area after the sniper canyon area in the original. Really cool how they managed to remix it the way they did. So many things they’ve done so far with this remake is so astounding, like they didn’t have to go this hard! They could’ve just improved the graphics and left it at that but they really outdid themselves. I can’t wait for the regen labs on the island. I’m buzzing!

Replacement for sure, I already played the original to death. At least 3x on the GameCube, at least 2x on the Wii, dabbled a bit in the Steam version. Never have to play it again really now that it’s been remade.

I would love another RE1 remake but first person view in the style of RE7 and Village.

Cool, for some reason this is still installed on my PC.

They were trying to make him out to be the antagonist, from the marketing etc.

I felt this way about RE4 back in 2005.

I feel like there’s a mountain heap of them on the DS.

Really annoying how people are so upset about this, Charles Martinet is not the be all and end all of Mario voices. Give it a rest! An entire movie duration of his woo hoos and ha-ha’s would be so goddamn annoying.
