I wonder if a 3d printed lost-"wax" process would work better. 3d print it, pack it in sand, pour in molten alloy that melts the 3d printed object. Get the same shape but with cast material.

Done correctly they’re great. But often they get a token “owner” to partner with them JUST to get those set asides. Or the company is just a middle man who adds 10% overhead with no value added—a straw purchaser who takes an extra cut making the material cost higher for no reason.

A&S UH Dulles Annex too. It's just kinda sitting there flat on the ground.
Though it WORKED for the SR71 facing you as you walked in (till they changed the entrance and ruined the sight-lines by having you come in a story UP instead and now you have to go downstairs near the restrooms to see it "face on").

What shite insurance do you have. I had someone cream my fender at BWI and not leave a note. I checked with my ins rep to make sure that wasn't true before filing the claim. It doesn't go up, same as if the person who hit you stayed around. (And that makes sense. It's not like it shows you're a bigger risk than they originally thought if it was the other person's fault.)
