You’re welcome. I live in an area with lots of ticks. I have my yard treated every few months professionally. And thank you.

Tuck your pants into long sock and use a deet product like Deep woods off. And do a tick check once you get home, head to toe.

Lots of luck. Both my parents were from Canada. They never found any French areas except for the people the knew that migrated here too. Even when they moved to northern Maine.

Somebody wanted one with that quote. I’d rather leave the bathrooms as they are and go to The Chanler a few more days.

Not in RI, just want to wish you best of luck. I just had two very small bathrooms in my small house, quoted by a place that has excellent reviews. Their quote was $110k-$150k. Walked out of that meeting wondering wtf. One bathroom is barely 5ft wide. The other isn’t much bigger. Unless they were using solid gold and rare marble, I have no idea where those costs come from. Wasn’t moving any plumbing or electrical. Edited to add I’m in southern NH.

Propane. Runs about $450 every 5-6 weeks. We also use it for hot water.

I live near transmission lines. Eversource replaced the poles and lines about 5-6 years ago. They also come by every couple of years and trim back any trees and brush.

My business account is set up for automatic payment. I never keep a large balance in that account. My home account I pay with credit card and get the cash back points.

Be aware that not all public transportation will go to all parts of whatever city/town you live in. You may have to walk a bit just to get to a stop.
