Walked out of that meeting wondering wtf. One bathroom is barely 5ft wide. The other isn’t much bigger. Unless they were using solid gold and rare marble, I have no idea where those costs come from. Wasn’t moving any plumbing or electrical. Edited to add I’m in southern NH.

Propane. Runs about $450 every 5-6 weeks. We also use it for hot water.

I live near transmission lines. Eversource replaced the poles and lines about 5-6 years ago. They also come by every couple of years and trim back any trees and brush.
