That looks like fresh dirt he’s spraying so this is the most likely explanation. And this is the perfect time to try to grow new grass before the serious heat and sun begins.

Do you know the whole project is so much more than just the Diamond but it totally hinges on there actually being a new Diamond? Why do you think this shouldn’t be discussed at length?
