Fu Jian has always been terrible; I’m sure with food inflation they’re just seeing what people will tolerate.

He’s the chair of the legislative black caucus and has voted with his party for progressive change when Dems held the house.
He got a lot of corporate money because the corporate donors thought he was going to win, and there’s no reason to turn down money when you already know your values.

It’s wild how colorful it is inside. Also the entire staircases are wrought iron - you just flat you couldn’t build something like that today.

This is the reverse of the argument that people who bought before the pandemic hit the lottery. Because our homes are more valuable, but we don’t get that money till we sell.

Yeah, but how many bananas away from the launch do you need to be before the sound is below 367 grape nuts hitting a hardwood floor from a height of 15 aeronautical engineering textbooks?

Compared to Edos or Bacchus or La Grotta it’s just mediocre. And a higher price point.

Exactly.
And that’s before you also think about what a clown show the city council is. Imagine any significant thing needing to include a majority there.

Have you actually looked at any of the new rules?
No one gets any money up front. States and localities are involved and have the ability to submit their own plans. The government isn’t allowed to discriminate against coops or munis

To be fair, prior funding was run through different programs and wasn’t for fiber.
Things are in a much different and more productive place now between the ARPA and Infrastructure Bill programs - this is actually going to be good.

Reply to brambly park group ‘policy’ is outrageous.. just listen to this. by Cosmicgermanshepard
The reason to go to brambly is to sit outside in nice weather a park-like setting, rather than a patio.
And because they have a fenced in area that’s basically a dog park for children.
Neither the food nor the drinks are good or reasonably priced.
