That's not correct. RAA has exclusive rights to all stretcher transports from inside the city to anywhere local unless the journey is to return someone to outside the city within a day of their arrival

I never gave them much thought but last fall my trailer jumped off the ball (pin was in place so all I can figure is I didn't have it on all the way) pulling out the Lowes on Winterpock. Chains did their job and luckily there's a nice shoulder there

Afraid I don't know how it works for non-CAC holders but there's a visitor center that could be called. You may also need to bribe some AIT students to straw-purchase them; you'll easily find them wandering about on weekends, teams of 2+, wearing camelbaks

How much profit does the Dept of Defense make? I've been to exercises of just single brigade vs regiment that likely burned more fuel in a month than the entire USPS does in a year
