Can vouch for SRC, multiple properties in town and being a tech is a big bonus. There's $15 to start at most locations and some mandatory overtime when things get really going. 401k 5% auto, employee owned 100% and ESOP w/ no out of pocket.

Religion became a tool, for the weak to control the strong. With all these new morals and ethics, survival of the fittest was gone. No longer could the biggest man simply take whatever he needed 'Cause damnation was the price if certain rules were not heeded. -Scroobious Pip

Honestly, you'll have to work on deconstructing their values that keep them tied to that church and getting them to the point of wanting to spend their money supporting the things it's spent on elsewhere. Construct a bridge to a church that does. Bring up the fact that a church that size has no warming center, or overnight shelter. How many families does the ministry have in a stop from being homeless support program, things like that. Same thing when you look at places like salvation army, and how they treat trans folks. If the scripture they teach doesn't include loving everyone, it's blasphemous. Ya know what I'm saying?

I hope that little boy or girl is enjoying their new life in a fantasy world. Maybe they have SS tier magic, or an online grocery system, maybe they come back as a slime. Who knows, isekai'd has such potential.

"In a temperate climate, it usually requires three weeks to several years for a body to completely decompose into a skeleton, depending on factors such as temperature, humidity, presence of insects, and submergence in a substrate such as water."

Time to check the local missing persons lists...

If your looking for weekend volunteer opportunities, keep your ear to the ground for the local conventions scene, there's several through the year and have decent perks, as well as part of the proceeds going to local non-profits such as toys for tots.

I noticed someone picking up trash in front of the arc of the Ozarks building at elfindale about 1pm today, I wonder if they're the one who found the deceased person.

Last time this was a thread a lot of folks said they went through cox (as did I), and we all got a Dr. Henderson (who's a bit of a smart ass) but it was quick and relatively painless, was back to work the next day. Cost 200-300 with insurance.

Okay so back a decade ago when I would take that potential loss and non-standard set hours, one of the places I worked server where expected to pay the difference to the point of minimum wage if you didn't make enough in tips, however if you where cut then you had 30 minute to get all side work done and be clocked out. I learned quickly that volatility wasn't for me too tho.

So there is a couple of cool things about working for src, one being the employee stock ownership program. It's an extra benefit beyond automatic 5% 401k matching. You earn company stock just by working and are fully invested at 6 years. Also every employee qualifies for quarterly bonuses but it's grouped by division so whomever logistics includes will determine the bonus possiblity. They feed employees probably once a month and there's enough work culture swag through the year to keep your top half dressed pretty easily. They also participate in the great game of business and that means open book management.
