I definitely don't trust any election that's decided by so few votes. Even not accounting for malice, the margin of error of just accidentally processing a vote wrong has to be higher than 1 vote for most races...

Except it's a normal seasonal thing. Some percentage of animals get caught up in an area of the ocean where they don't expect the water temperature to change as fast as it does.

For the record, even though it's been verified that this is for surveillance, this is also pretty much the pattern flight instructors take students on their first few times up. You have to learn to fly the plane straight before you start to learn to do other things. The number of times I've flown along the coast of plum island...

Okay, sure. But naming the holiday after the garment her oppressive government killed her for not wearing is still amazingly tone deaf.
