It wouldn't surprise me at all if the people who were target of this "AI Chatbot" would in the future, dismiss most help that they felt might be artificial. This was a huge breach of trust and what makes it worse is that it was used on maybe the most vunreable people seeking help.
If I found out that my therapy wasn't done by a human and instead by a "AI Chatbot", when originally I'd been given the impression that it was indeed a human I was chatting with, I would start to ruthlessly block contacts that feel weird or off.
I have only a minor issue with paranoia. What about people that have much worse paranoia issues, they could, in worst case isolate themselves from society completely thinking that everything is a AI bot/lie.

This is the part that Putin and the rest of the ruling Russians don't understand about the West.
In Russsia that's just a Tuesday, but not so for us. Our morals are completely different from what is normal in Russia.
So yea. No tanks, no oil or natural gas from murderous facists. We'll find another way.

He still hasn't upset/lost enough of his key supporters. Some of them might already be ready to get rid of him, but not enough of them.
And thus he still has enough security that a simple assasination plot by f.ex. Ukraine is incredibly hard to pull off.
Check out this CGP Grey - Rules for Rules vid for a more in depth explanation.

This seems to be a larger issue in countries with FPTP voting, but you do have an unfortunately accurate point.
I don't understand why ppl don't look at what the parties did when they were in power when new elections are held.

I guess the view is different when you live right next to Russia vs having a couple of countries as bufferzones.

Russia severely underestimates both the amount of hate they have created against them and the lenght of the memory europeans have of their terror tactics agains europeans.

Oh, yeah, Those are definietly two different things.
Sometimes or mostly they probably are withdrawal or low med-level related, but occassionally I get them even when I've taken my medication as prescribed. I also suspect they are linked to my social anxiety medication as I'm using, unorthodoxically, benzoes designed against epliectic seizures for it.

Edit: u/bostwickenator is also to my understanding 100% correct, so +1 to him.

I'm not sure why, but I wasn't able to keep my feet still. If I sat down, my feet would start to bounce unless I focused on keeping them still, with led to my hands to start drumming or tapping at the hand rests.
One of the medicines I have now(not SSRI) give me occasional "electric" jolts to my hands, with will cause me to spill any galss or mug I'm holding when the "electricity" reaches my neck. It starts from the lower back and travels up in 2-3 seconds, so usually I'm able to put down anything I have in my hands.

The drugs are evenly distributed throughout your entire body. Tho some aren't able to reach your brain due to the blood brain barrier and their apparent effect on the brain is BC the bad things in your body gets fought off / repaired.
Edit: So no, the medicine isn't confined to only your brain.
Edit2: I had similar symptoms from SSRI medication.

I have experience of this in the from of antidepressants and antipsychotics.
The method of administration is irrelevant to this question.
You are correct in the assumption that the drug will produce effects untill your body removes it. But your body is very adept at mitigating effects of foregin substances. Thus the effect of the medicine is less and less untill it's gone.
(It's basically the same how Chronic Alcoholics need more and more alcohol to get drunk, untill enough of their nervous system is FUBAR and then even a little bit gets them super wasted.)
If you are on a constant medication your body will start to get used to the interference of the medication, basically giving you a tolerance to the drug. This is why some ppl need to change medications as their body has become too good at ignoring the medication.
There might be medicines that doesn't suffer from the tolerance problem, but i haven't had such medicines prescribed to me.
And as every human is different, some may get resistant to a medicine most other ppl dont.

I don't mind using these programs and machines to chat with you or to comment on reddit or other places if there is a human on the other end.
But if such a time comes that I believe most, or all, of my digital contacts are bots and not humans, I see no point in continuing that chat or comment chain or any of it really. Why would I waste my time with a bot/AI that pretends to be human? There is nothing for me to gain in that exchange, while the program will use all kinds of algorithms to scrape every piece of information about me that is possible. It's simply a waste of my time, completely useless to me, to continue such a biased relationship.
