Only flaw with that logic is the author is fully aware the dog is being tracked, thus it cannot be violating their privacy.

It'll never be 100%, because the whole point of ChatGPT is to write like a human.
Likewise, anything less than 100% means it cannot be used to validate academic integrity.

More than a 3rd of microplastic pollution in the ocean originates from polyester and acrylic clothing.

It's called polyester, not microfiber. There's a hell of a lot more of polyester clothing on this planet than microfiber towels.

Sounds like Twilio takes it seriously then. Meanwhile, Onvoy (Inteliquent) continues selling services to scammers and criminals with virtually no repercussions.
If you report an abusive number, they'll put your number on an "opt out" list. Thus, the scammers continue receiving service while the list of potential victims narrows down to people who don't know it's a scam.
If anyone should be disconnected and prosecuted, it's Onvoy.

I'd argue that cutting R&D is a sign of impending demise. Google is big, but they are not invincible.
What's even more strange is at least two of those projects involved A.I. Why sack those people if the big bad threat to your monopoly is OpenAI?

It's really hard to find a great alternative because T-Mobile offers international data roaming without additional charges.
Other companies require that you buy day passes or simply don't offer it at all.

I doubt it. They're too busy arresting grannies for trapping and finding homes for feral cats.
