Live…In The Heart Of The City/Whitesnake-Before Coverdale made Whitesnake a hair band; they were a blues rock band! A fabulous one at that!

They weren’t “really bad” albums. They just weren’t as fine tuned, and focused as Tommy, or Who’s Next.

It is a very good album. But most of their “ greatest” albums overlook the first three albums to allow for their latter, more popular music.

For The Record-The Bee Gees! Very comprehensive and complete. It even sheds new light on them as songwriters for other artists.

An employee at Karl Graf Records and Tapes, way back in the day, suggested a new group that had just came out. He had the 8-Track with this great looking skeletal mascot on the front. I bought it and fell in love with Paul D’ianno and Iron Maiden.
