My parents just switched to Bloomfield cooling heating and electric and seem to be pretty pleased. This was because the last spot kept trying to get them to upgrade and our house can only work with certain systems. Hope that helps.

That sounds like a careless driving downgrade. It’s a catch 22 as you pay a little more to get no points to save you the insurance bump. Memory serves me it was a 3 year window though with no moving violations and if you mess up the original points come back and getter added to the new violation. not an inflation of the previous points. Something sounds off here.

A cop doesn’t hold a flag. The low man on the construction totem pole does. Cops are present to prevent a pedestrian or motorist from interacting with said work/ in case something does happen. Sometimes it seems a bit much but that’s just how things are.

I drove often around here but when I do walk and get cut off like that I’ll usually give the car a nice kick or slap if it’s close enough. A lot of distracted drivers around here especially with the amount of delivery ppl. If I did that to someone walking I’d expect the same.

I don’t mean the mayor. While sure he has some power here along with the building dept, there are also standards a lot of these buildings must meet.

One of my friends mentioned their building lost power a while back for multiple days and had to Jerry rig it from their other site. What a clown show. I wish the state would crack down on ppl like this.

The gateway project is light years ahead of reheat the arc would have done especially when it comes to capacity. The only thing that would have made this whole situation better is if both tunnels got built.

It’s beyond that. Why should one project depend on one person to move along. Our whole state is inept. The fact that we don’t have regional transportation decisions makers is a joke.

Right. And we would have been on the hook for all the overruns. I’m not a big Christie fan but that original project needed to be revamped no matter what.

Yeah something along those lines. Basically there’s two kinda of lights for buildings that big. The red evening ones weren’t working and they had these daytime ones on which made it look like a light house at nighht. There’s actually some funny YouTube video/ recordings about pilots being able to see it from a ways away.

Can also just stay on 139 and then take that to the turnpike and then ride that up to 3.
