Yeah, vs anywhere else in Jersey City, parking is objectively easier. You could spend zero time in the neighborhood or around Berry Lane Park and know this.

The Factory does not only get busy at night.

Usually, yes.

Nevertheless, this would be great at Berry Lane in the big circle area morning, noon, or night.

Ah, I see. Thanks for clarifying. The church nearby gives food away about once a month and the proximity made me conflate what that survey aspires to accomplish and what the church does.

But what you're saying makes way more sense for a farmers market.

  1. How are the vendors gonna get out of their parking spots if all the blacked out whips from people going to The Factory block them in?

  2. They talk about SNAP and affordable food...will vendors be forced to sell things at a certain price? Because I can picture mangoes going for $5 each here.

People here usually make me feel dumb for a split second when I do everything right and they take the easy way and run red lights, or double park while I walk a block or two back home. Or get boxed in so I leave a ton of space around my car just in case. But I prefer to do things the legit way.

They should have ticketed all those people who double parked the day of the funeral.

"Who paid for your Paris trip" lol Twitter is hilarious.

But, question, when this was first proposed, someone mentioned this happening to another project and all those tenants weren't able to move back in after being... repositioned "temporarily" to somewhere else...close to Bayonne I think.

I lived on 15th Street across from the old church. It was cool having Hoboken and Hamilton Park at my disposal. And Jersey Social and My Mexico 2 Go. Rent was also $1400 in 2020. It was cool going to Target and spending a small fortune every day. Newport was only a 17 minute walk for the PATH. I'm rambling. If you're still reading that's amazing. I don't know what my point is.

But I think it's cool that the area is getting developed, but it's also why I moved. I can't really explain it.

Wish Cole St Park was done when I lived there.

Jersey City needs more one family houses.

End ramble.
