Consider not getting too attached or dependent. I would say that you should expect OpenAI to alter the way it responds and even add filters to make it more restrictive over time. In other words, of you treat ChatGPT as a personal friend, when they make changes it will feel as though they murdered it. I say this only because that's the trend right now across multiple chat bots. People get "close" to it, then it gets gutted and people want to kill themselves. As in literally. It sounds like I'm making this up, but it's happened with Replika and Character.ai. Replika even has a suicide hotline set up for those who can't handle the changes.

I think this is what Opencog is doing, although they are not extremely popular like OpenAI: https://opencog.org/theory/

Yeah, near infrared can penetrate bone really easily. Don't hold me to this, but I did read that the folds in the brain are oriented to take advantage of that. The thing about all these wavelengths is that if you get some sun, all of those wavelengths are present naturally. It probably comes down to brightness and dose in some way more than anything. I'm not sure about the green but that sounds kinda interesting.

Technically certain wavelengths of light energize the mitochondria in your cells. There's a whole bunch of research about it out there that shows it can speed up healing mainly and even help eyesight. This seems to be along those lines. Google red light therapy, there's a lot of actual science behind it.

Maybe a dumb question but what do they mean by "Weakly General AI"?

In the future it might be possible for artists to train the AI in their own unique style, meaning one artist can essentially clone themselves and be way more productive.

If you don't believe in humanity and humans are creating this technology, you're going to be let down I think. AGI or ASI won't be all good or all bad as nothing ever is.
