Mandalorian is a western, in that westerns are largely influenced by Japanese Ronin movies. Mandalorian is pretty much Lone Wolf and Cub like Magnificent Seven is Seven Samurai.

I mean it's half a joke, half the truth. You should know as a viewer that if you are watching an incredibly niche show like say, an alternative history show set in the industrial revolution that has fairies, a lot of people are not going to watch it.

Why do we blame anyone in the industry instead of the people who aren't watching the shows?

It's insane to me how many streaming services don't fundamentally understand that nobody wants to watch the last ten seconds of a show.

Amazon has it's own issues, but it's not a terrible way to get these other streaming services.
