Some of the museums are free. Like Museum of Natural History is just asking for a suggested donation, you could say $0 and they’ll still let you in. Although I guess that could make you seem like a cheapo on a date.

Reply to NJ to Orlando. Rt 78 to 81 to 77 to 26 to 95. or 95 all the way? leaving early Thursday morning. by No_Appointment_1686
I liked going over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel and then picking up 95 at the VA/NC border. That route is about an hour longer but it's more scenic and avoids DC congestion. I've never done the other route you mentioned above. However, most times I'll just use Google Maps/Waze and follow whatever they suggest is quickest.

Reply to Verizon outage in Central Jersey? by BaldwinSmithie
Central Jersey is a big area. I haven't had issues with Verizon recently but that doesn't mean other towns haven't been having issues. If it's been a while with no contact, you can call the non-emergency line of the local police and they should be able to do a wellness check.

I'm just happy they take to-go orders now, even if it is a limited menu.
