Might as well destroy them.

Why are there still at least two Confederate statues in the city?

Yeah man. Clearly this is all bringing us closer to war with Russia. They're obviously just biding their time and withholding soldiers and equipment just in case they decide to go full send and try to take on all of NATO directly. It couldn't possibly be true that the war is crippling Russia more and more by the day, draining the male population that hasn't already fled, and it obviously hasn't depleted what few stockpiles of military equipment they had.
If Russia decided to directly attack the US or another NATO country, Article 5 would be invoked and then the Russian military would be functionally nonexistent in a couple of weeks.

I'm fully aware of the correlation/causation of poverty and crime/violent crime. That isn't going to ever be fixed except by drastic, sweeping reforms of the way the country operates. Until then, it's basically a free-for-all where you can't depend on anyone else to protect you, physically or financially.

They also know that there's little to no consequences due to their age.

Sadly it's still fairly prohibitively expensive to do, but it is a big step in the right direction.

I'd much prefer SYG. While running away is obviously the best solution in nearly every instance, I really despise the idea that, even if you're attacked and defend yourself, if someone with a stick up their ass thinks you could have ran you can still get screwed by the law. DTR is bassakwards.

Thankfully thinly-veiled racism of needing "a good and substantial reason" to obtain a concealed carry permit was struck down by the SCOTUS recently, so now everyday people can legally concealed carry.
Edit: Lol, it's clear from the downvotes that some people are upset that self-defense isn't being restricted to the white upper class anymore.

Drilling pilot holes in studs is 100% a thing someone wanting to hang things will need to do.
OP needs a drill first, impact driver later. Hell, I do a bunch of stuff around the house and in woodworking and I've gotten by without an impact driver.
