Staten Island CB3 is 100% NIMBY town. They but threated DOT when they wanted to put in bike lanes. (which they did anyway, fuck you nimbys)

people said this about every black market dealer in every other city and the dispensaries there are still there. You said it yourself that people (me) wont buy from anywhere other than dispensaries because of regulation and quality checks and that's what keeps them in business.
