I mean I use neither and the best part, I just say… “search it”. Because most of the people I know use DuckDuckGo and startpage.
Also google with their CAPTCHA bullshit. Waste my time, after 2 or 3 , I get a limitless captcha that turns into hell. So I just deal with a search engine that doesn’t recycle me every times
But again… I am 0000000.1% lol
Google results also are mainstream SEO and ads. I’d rather look for legit websites and sources for info that didn’t swing their way into the top spot by paying the ad company money.
Also with their tracking system that holds your hands across the internet …
A pinch of privacy is 1,000 times better than just giving it up.

I’m the same way. I have no idea why? I just absolutely cringe whenever I see people so easy touch and rub their camera lenses on any of their devices so easily. I get I need to relax and touch grass more

I mean, google is hot garbage. Google is a billboard for the entrance to the internet. Look at these ads before entering the internet. That is the single most toxic pattern anyone can encounter. People pay things so they don’t have to deal with ads, as blockers exist because people hate ads. Ads are invasive and noisy to the internet . I get people have to make a living but it is so annoying having pop ups and BS thrown at you when you’re just trying to find a recipe or figure out what to do or where to take your sick child , or just watch a clip of Ohio getting poisoned more than it currently does.
They also track the piss out of you across the internet to shove ads in your face, based on what you search and click on .
Can’t even use a VPN with google because that stupid captcha thing, plus if you do it enough you’re stuck in an infinite cycle of captcha .
Not saying Bing is any better … I am saying that there needs to be a better solution for this problem. Ads are needed for businesses to grow. I get that but there isn’t a need to be cancerous about it

I feel like Aliases are useless but I still use them because if they’re not, I’d rather be right than wrong you know?

I’m not doing anything illegal , I’m just curious because I know employers have software that can look up emails and accounts that are attached to it. Would an Alias prevent that? Or would it expose me?
I don’t know if you know specifically, just asking because if you do, I’d love to know

Would an alias email work? Or is that traced anyways? I use a lot of aliases

Business and personal , I run a business and when it comes to attaching my number to banks or something, I definitely am not going to give out my business number as my authentication factor

This is on their $7 per month plan? It is hard to believe that for $7 monthly you have unlimited cloud storage .
