Bobby’s burger palace is probably the best cheap option at Mohegan
$10 or so for a burger
Mohegan also has the better free NYE celebrations.

West Haven metro north station, big parking lot and parking is $6/day, free on weekends
One way trip from west haven to grand central is $17
