Before the app, there were (and possibly could still exist) transit maps you could get at convenience stores and gas stations for free. Then they went online and you could pick your route that way. Now there’s the app. Way back in the day, the bus stop sign was a blue and yellow banner wrapped around a telephone pole. My guess is that most people used to use it purely to get into the city for work and everyone got dropped at Kennedy Plaza. You could get all the information you needed back then at the kiosk. Rhode Island is dreadfully slow when it comes to change.

You’ll have to make it your own. Lots of people are going to say they love it (I’m one of them), lots will say it’s a corrupt liberal shit hole that’s too expensive. One thing I can say is that nurses do really well here. Between Providence and Boston, there are tons of hospitals. We have all four seasons. The ocean is gorgeous and the mountains are only a few hours away. NYC is a short train ride away and the countryside is closer. Summers are hot, but bearable. Winters get cold, but livable. Just be ready to be outgoing when it comes to making friends. There’s a saying, The East is nice but not polite. We’ll tell you to fuck off for getting in the way, but we’ll go out of our way to help a neighbor when they’re down.

I don’t know about the program, but I do have some solid college advise. Go to every class. If you show perseverance to you professors, they generally have more forgiveness. I had to work a full time job during college, partied my ass off and couldn’t study for shit. But, I showed up, tired and hung over ALOT. Just stick with it and get to know the professors. Ask them questions and show genuine interest. You’ll be fine.

Are you pretty sure or 100% sure? Are you speaking from experience or just tossing random knowledge out there. While it’s possible the program has become easier to get into, my knowledge is based on people who went through the program. A couple people had to keep taking extra courses while they waited to get into the program. With that being said, nothing you said was helpful or pertained to my original question. So, respectfully, fuck off with your condescending tone and I hope you stub you toe on every piece of furniture in your domicile. Prick
