I do love me some AXS venues.

I usually just go to the Red Wing store, which I am fortunate to have close. I can buy laces or if I am getting a replacement for a pair of Red Wings and happen to be wearing them, they just give them to me for free and I change them out there.

To what degree are your clients involved in the process? Is it, "I just want a book I can put my name and branding on, so you go ahead and take care of it. Just write whatever"? Or is it, "I accept the fact I can't write for crap, but I have a story I want to get to pages. Can you help me make my idea into something tangible?"

Yep. I have replaced most every pair of jeans with Dearborn Denim. I don't work in a job that wears them down (especially in the knees) as quickly any longer, but their tailored fit cut is absolutely stellar. I also like that they don't overload their jeans with 'decorative' features with absolutely no function.

One of my favorite book series has a typo that I have report through the Kindle app on every re-read. I think 5 total reads over the last 10 years. It has yet to be fixed. You would think they would have some automated fixing system integrated into error reporting for simple text errors. I guess not though.

The only thing I can recall off-hand is the cringy sexualization comments about his apprentice. I still feel a little dirty when that comes up every so often in the later books. I try to keep it in context, but it's tough.

The cringiness of r/menwritingwomen definitely cuts back. He also improves quite a lot as a writer, but never becomes someone that you could say is a skilled wordsmith. I find his storytelling very readable though, despite their flaws, which is ultimately all most readers really want.

Yep. I had to change my grip and muscle memory a bit to accommodate the rolling handle, but once I had that down, I was good. They are amazing.
