You do need to pay personal property tax. And had you paid that in 2022 you'd have only had to play the $12 for plates ($24 for 2 year). But not you're in 2023 and will have to pay both years personal property tax, fines for not tagging your car, and you'll be limited to one year plates. Also you'll likely need an inspection, another $12.

Welcome to being an adult, you don't get to just coast through life. And unfortunately our education system doesn't teach the basic skills of adulthood.

I’ve seen this pop up on Reddit all the time. People like to believe there is a scientifically exact place your TV should be. But I don’t sit on my grandmas old hard couch when I watch tv and I like to put my knees up when I’m in my recliner. So if I put it where Reddit demands I put it, I can’t see it.

But apparently I’m the one that’s wrong. 🤷‍♂️

Don’t let the haters get to you. I’ve mounted my TVs high for decades now and it’s wonderful. When I’m laying in bed or sitting in my recliner I don’t want to have to look at the floor.

I’m also with the other guy. Just grab the sound bar and bend. You’ll be fine.

When raising canes first opens they had police out there directing traffic. Now it’s barely a line at lunch.

I’m not sure why people line up to give their time to a corporation.

This is just how cities do this. They require every business that builds or renovates to extend the side walk. Over the next 19-15 years all the sidewalks will be updated and at no cost to the taxpayers.

It’s a slow but effective method.

We built a business in a city once and while in a city council meeting getting our permits, some resident complained because he wanted a coffee shop or something on the land and if they approved my business then we’d never get it.

And the city council member just looked at him and said “I can forward you the information of the realtor selling the property. You’re more than welcome to put a bid in to buy it and develop it yourself.”

The guy was just stunned and was like, well I don’t want to build it. And the city council guy just told him to shut up then.
