Bread of my childhood, right here. Protect this bag at all costs. Frame it. Donate it to the history museum so that future generations can appreciate the Yinzer bread days of yore.

My dad who grew up in the mon valley - worked in a union mill and grew up in a orthodox church made me watch the deer hunter growing up. he says it feels exactly how he remembers the 70s.

In some ways, it is yes. Because we have so many small municipalities - Townships and Burroughs, and they all have to provide police and fire. There’s a lot of them who still have volunteer fire departments because they are too stubborn to merge or form a county wide system.

Usually the next of kin of a deceased relative. Sometimes folks lose their jobs and can’t keep up their properties. in most small boroughs it is not going to be a speculator, although, in very rare cases, it might be a large conglomerate out of state that has bought a bunch of houses and can’t move them, but that usually happens in neighborhoods that are “up-and-coming”. sometimes they are bank owned if a homeowner abdicates, and the house is worth less than the mortgage.
