It essentially is. Without buying the content, you basically get the new (and/or returning) location, one mission, and the "basic" upgrades/improvements and loot. I tell people who are interested in the game that they should still use the free-to-play offerings to get a feel for the basic gameplay mechanics, but expect to buy content if you like the game.

You're twisting what I actually said purely to be confrontational. Knock it off. "Don't currently intend to re-sign" in the context I chose to use it in, means literally that they haven't said they intend to re-sign. Why has no bearing. The fact of the matter is, the team has not said "we intend to re-sign". They've said that they want to, but it's up to Brady. That doesn't sound anything like "we intend to re-sign".

It's literally just semantics. If they were 100% for sure, matter-of-fact, "come Hell or high water" going to re-sign him, they would specifically say so. He's still with the team until the league year flips over, so they're allowed to do that per the league rules regarding pending free agents. The fact that they aren't means it's not a 100% guarantee.

Right... But there is one answer: "we intend to re-sign", and anything otherwise would be not currently intending. Wanting, hoping, thinking of all fall into "not currently intending". It's like travel speed: there's stopped (0 MPH), and all other speeds.

I honestly don't know, they may have soured on the idea of a QB that learned from Brady after Jimmy G (who they did nothing but kneecap the entire time he was with that org).

Today's fun fact is technically correct!

However, the Buccaneers don't currently intend to re-sign him, thus making him a free agent when the league year turns over, and who knows if anyone will pick him up. I don't believe that he'll be without a team next season, even if it's a one-year deal to give a team's future franchise quarterback time to mature and learn from one of the best to ever play the game.

To be fair, my primary computer is a laptop, because I travel a lot for work. I have an external hard drive that I don't take with me when I travel, a webcam that I unplug when I'm not using it, an Xbox controller and a flight stick (which I unplug when not in use). Then, I have a USB KVM switch so I can connect my keyboard, mouse, and headset to both my personal and work computers.

Good grief, why?!? Prolong the life of your devices by unplugging them when not in use. I have 1 USB hub/switch, which has my keyboard, mouse, and headset, which I use on both my personal and work laptops. I only plug in my controllers (an Xbox controller and a flight stick) when I'm going to use them, an external storage drive, and a webcam (again, only plugged in when I'm planning to use it).

I'm also American, and yes there was a time where being associated with Communists was "problematic", but not strictly illegal. Also, I find it humorous that many Americans seem to equate Communism as anti-democracy, when it's actually anti-Capitalist. Personally, I think that system built to be purely Communist has too many issues, but also a system built to be purely Capitalist has too many issues as well.

I'm personally in favor of the concept of universal basic income. We keep trying to toot our own horn, claiming to be the "best, wealthiest, most powerful nation", when too many people, including war veterans are homeless. There's no logical reason for the US to have a homelessness problem beyond pure greed. Same goes for malnourishment.
