The path train frequencies in the middle of the night leave a lot to be desired> 30 min and on weekends nearly 1 hour runs. The bus terminal lines only go to Jersey city/ Hoboken and Newark. And some other areas. Off peak the service leaves a lot to be desired.

The plan needs to be reimagined. Step 1 kick out the tenant above penn station and rebuild the station. I don’t believe the will power exists to evict Dolan. The station needs to be rebuilt as through station to maximize movement.

We can’t change the past. The project had some major mistakes. When gateway and SAS is built they need to avoid it. Lol the MTA isn’t involved in gateway so we will see if it’s even worse with delays and costs

They said are you better off today vs 2 years ago. 2 years ago over 4k people a day were dying because of covid. Businesses / restaurants were limited and largely closed. The stock market wasn’t doing so week. The economy and the world is safer today vs November 2020.
