My former landlord first alerted me to Gillece 13 years ago. There was a large thread on Nextdoor with many people describing instances of trickery and shoddy workmanship.

Pittsburgh itself has a population of a little over 300,000. The greater metropolitan area includes 6 other counties, some of which don't even border Allegheny.
