Triangle of Sadness is a recent movie that scratches that itch to some degree. The tone is a bit different, but it's another dark comedy about class, opulence, sex, and a vacation gone wrong.

Black Mirror, which you've probably already seen, is thematically and stylistically pretty similar (quality is really inconsistent though).
